A four-time cancer survivor, Pansy approaches life with gratitude, resilience, and an appreciation for every opportunity to help others. Her positive outlook and servant’s heart have become the foundation of both her life and her business.

Before beginning her real estate career, Pansy successfully owned and operated an accounting and bookkeeping business, earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Combined with her lifelong passion for decorating and home design, she enjoys helping clients see not only what a home is today—but what it can become.

Pansy holds both the Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, allowing her to expertly assist military families and senior adults through important life transitions.

Her commitment to serving others extends well beyond real estate. She served more than ten years on the board of the Shepard Cancer Center Foundation in Washington, North Carolina, including four years as Board President, and continues supporting cancer research and animal rescue through volunteer work and fundraising.

Around Hampton Roads, Pansy has become affectionately known as The Flamingo REALTOR®. The cheerful pink flamingos at her open houses have become her signature, reflecting her belief that professionalism and fun can go hand in hand. Her goal is to make every client feel welcomed, appreciated, and completely at ease from the very first conversation.

When she’s not serving clients, you’ll likely find Pansy enjoying Virginia Beach’s beautiful beaches, local restaurants, theater, fine arts.
